• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY OF LIABILITY
